What we collect
Your email and password (or Google sign-in), the videos and recordings you upload, the text you type, and the clips we make. Faces and voices are special-category biometric data; we process them on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give when you upload and, for DeepVideos, when you complete the consent read.
What we do with it
Generate your clips, run safety checks (one face, not a public figure, not a minor, consent code and face match), keep a log of what was generated so we can respond to reports, and bill you. Rendering runs on GPU providers under contract; nothing is used to train models.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it. Delete an avatar or clip from My clips and the files go within 24 hours; delete your account and everything goes within 30 days. Generation logs (who made what, when, not the media) are kept for 12 months for abuse investigations.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time: email privacy@deepfakeai.io. You can complain to the ICO.
